We contact your tenants and arrange a suitable time to attend and carry out the work requested. We repair and leave the work site clean and tidy in a time frame that meets your needs as well as the needs of your tenants. We make it our business to get to know your business giving you, the property manager, more time to service your clients – the property owners. We make it easy for you as we are BSA registered licensed glaziers. We meet the REIQ requirements and can carry out all types of work over $1100.00 with contracts being provided for work in excess of $3300.00. We are fully licensed, fully insured for public liability and work performed. We lower our prices for this service because it is continuous work. We all so provide a fixed price listed so you can stay in control of your budget. All jobs are completed within 24hrs.
